INGREDIENTS
1 oz Don Pilar Blanco tequila
1 oz Hibiscus Infused Tequila (see recipe below)
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Agave Nectar
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Ice
Ground black volcanic salt

Our master distillers insist on serenading the agave must with Baroque music during the 200 hours of fermentation to coax the conversion from sugar-to-alcohol.
